Jessica Reid has accumulated diverse experience in customer service and finance support. Since January 2018, Jessica has worked at NextGear Capital as a Finance Support Specialist. Prior to this role, Jessica spent six years at Mattress Firm, progressing from Manager On Duty, where responsibilities included building guest relationships and store management, to developing customer service strategies. Additionally, Jessica briefly served as Assistant Store Manager at State Farm in June 2012, focusing on appointment management and payment processing. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business Administration/Management and Risk Management and Insurance from Ball State University, obtained in 2013.
