Maxime Allard serves as the Responsable des ressources humaines at Nextgroup since February 2021, overseeing human resources for three sites with a team of 80 internal employees and 500 external trainers. Key responsibilities include recruitment, management of personnel contracts, and the implementation of various HR projects, including the redesign of HR processes and integration of HRIS and ATS systems. Previous roles include Responsable Recrutement et Ressources Humaines at GMBA, Responsable recrutement IT at BLUE SOFT GROUP, and experience across multiple companies in recruitment and management positions. Maxime Allard holds multiple Master's degrees in Management and Business Development from ESAM and Sciences Po Aix, complemented by a BTS in Négociation Relation Client from CFA IGS - CIEFA.
