Previously, Tracy worked as a Legal Counsel Adaptive at Simmons & Simmons, Head of Compliance at Pantheon Ventures, and Head of Global Compliance at Partners Group. Tracy also held the title of Partner at Phillips Solicitors, specializing in Corporate & Commercial law. Tracy has a Master's Degree in European Law from UCL.
