Maribeth Heffron has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Maribeth started their career at General Motors in 1990 as an Industrial Engineer. Maribeth then joined Delphi in 1994, where they held various roles such as Senior Industrial Engineer, Quality Manager, Global Customer Manager, and Sales Manager. In 2010, they moved to Nexteer Automotive and served as the Global Sales Manager, and later as the Executive Director of Global Sales.

Maribeth Heffron completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI) in 1990. Maribeth then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University, graduating in 1998.
