Mario Chan currently serves as Deputy CFO at Nexted Group, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Mario was the Chief Financial Officer at the Australian Financial Security Authority from August 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that role, Mario has held various leadership positions within NextEd Group, including Head of Financial Control and FP&A and Head of Financial Planning & Risk. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Integria Healthcare, Lion, and Select Australasia, contributing expertise in commercial planning, financial management, and analytics. Mario is a member of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Accounting and Commercial Law, along with a minor in Information Systems from the University of Sydney.
