Ramy Bassili is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, currently serving as a 24/7 Data Centre Technician at NEXTDC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ramy worked as a Customer Service Representative at BWS, where responsibilities included driving sales and business profits in FMCG environments, generating and analyzing sales reports, and resolving customer grievances.
