Kenneth McLellan is currently a Solutions Consultant at NextCrew. Kenneth has previous experience as an Information Technology Manager, Program Coordinator, Emergency Dispatcher, and Military Police Officer.

Kenneth McLellan has been in the workforce since 2008. Kenneth's first job was as a Military Police Officer for the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. Kenneth served in this role for five years before becoming an Emergency Dispatcher for the Alaska State Troopers. After less than a year in this role, they transitioned to EventPro Strategies Event Staffing as their Program Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated programs throughout the US and Canada, recruiting and leading teams of up to 100. In October 2017, Kenneth McLellan became the Information Technology Manager for A+ Staffing Inc. where they were responsible for ensuring the daily functionality and security of the network and system environments, directing maintenance and upgrades, providing user support and training, while driving continuous improvement across the infrastructure. Kenneth also acted as Solution Architect for clients on an ad-hoc basis, designing and implementing a database system and a fully functional website for two key clients. In April 2021, Kenneth McLellan left A+ Staffing Inc. to become a Solutions Consultant at NextCrew.

Kenneth McLellan received a diploma from Wasilla High School in the field of 12. Kenneth also received certification from Emergency First Response in First Responder.
