Doug Elder is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at NextCare since December 2023, Doug has previously held similar positions at Sandata Technologies and Matrix Medical Network. Additionally, Doug's background includes positions as Product Manager at Equality Health and Shutterfly, Inc., as well as roles in technical product management and quality assurance at iChip by LifeNexus, Insight, General Dynamics C4 Systems, and Motorola. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa, obtained in 1997.
