Joanna Damaszko has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Joanna started their career as a Junior Researcher at Semiotic Solutions Poland in 2014, where they applied semiotics to market research challenges and provided recommendations for client coherence and positioning. In 2015, they joined MARKET RESEARCH&CONSULTING as a Marketing Consultant, supporting global brands in the Polish market by reviewing communication and product strategies, tracking consumer insights, and providing recommendations for future innovations.
Joanna then moved on to CNH Industrial in 2017 as a Sales Administration Specialist, where they supported the commercial team by providing data and coordinating product portfolio management using SAP. Joanna worked there until January 2020.
In 2020, they took up the role of Semiotician at Semiotic Solutions PL, conducting semiotic research for brands in the Polish market. Joanna'sresponsibilities included collecting and transforming unstructured data into actionable consumer and culture insights, identifying emergent trends, and providing strategic recommendations through appealing reports.
Additionally, Joanna became a Partner at Visual & Narrative Institute in November 2020, further expanding their expertise in the field. Joanna Damaszko started their education at Jagiellonian University in 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Education. Joanna completed their degree in 2011.
In 2009, they attended Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature. Joanna graduated from this program in 2012.
Joanna then continued their education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Semiotics.
