Joy Allen is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the design and construction industry. Joy most recently worked as a Senior Project Designer at Next Stage Design + Build, where they started in July 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Job Captain at Habitec Architecture and Interior Design from January 2020 to June 2020. Joy also served as the Design Manager at Valley Home Builders Inc. for over four years, from June 2015 to January 2020.

Joy has a background in sales as well, working as a Showroom Sales Associate at Bedrosians Tile and Stone from December 2014 to June 2015, and as a Marketing Specialist at Reunion Mortgage from February 2011 to January 2012. Joy has also worked as a Design Consultant at Tile Source, Inc. and as an Independent Contract Interior Designer at Saint Remy Design Studio.

Before that, Joy gained valuable experience as a Junior Designer at Spectrum Interior Design, Inc. from February 2012 to November 2014, and as a Junior Designer at Chelsea Court Designs from August 2007 to March 2009. Joy began their career as an Architectural Intern at T Square Consulting Group Inc. from February 2006 to August 2006.

Throughout their career, Joy has consistently demonstrated their expertise in design and project management, showcasing their ability to deliver successful results in various roles. Their diverse experience and strong skill set make their a valuable asset to any design or construction team.

Joy Allen obtained their BFA in Interior Design from San Jose State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2007. In July 2016, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Interior Designer from the California Council of Interior Design Certification.
