Alexis Smith, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience. They currently work at Next Level Urgent Care, LLC, where they started in 2018 as an Executive Assistant and progressed to roles such as Marketing/Employee Relations, UX Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Presently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources. Alexis Smith, LLC was also established in 2020, where they work as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Creator, and Web Design. Additionally, they have previous experience as a School Coordinator (Summer Internship) at iEducate (iEducateUSA) in 2018.

Alexis Smith, SHRM-SCP, pursued their education extensively by attaining a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued Nutrition Sciences at Texas A&M University from 2015 to 2016 and achieved a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree. Furthermore, they obtained the prestigious SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in May 2022 from SHRM, adding to their professional credentials.
