Kathy Drohat is an experienced executive search consultant with a diverse background in recruiting and human resources. Current roles include Contracted Executive Search Consultant at NEXT LEVEL Partners®, LLC and Executive Search Consultant at Drohat Consulting, both since May 2005. Previous experience includes managing the executive search process at Salveson Stetson Group and serving as Recruiting Manager for Global Strategy Services at Luminant Worldwide. Kathy Drohat also held positions at AT&T Solutions and McKinsey & Company, focusing on university recruiting and HR management, respectively. Kathy Drohat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
