Frank Hoban is an experienced Lean Practitioner currently working with NEXT LEVEL Partners®, LLC since June 2022. Previously, Hoban served as Vice President of Quality for a Bain Capital-backed trailer manufacturer at ATW and held the position of Global Lean and Operations Leader at GE Renewable Energy. With a focus on operational excellence, Hoban has contributed to various organizations, including Innocor and Fort Dearborn Company, where efforts led to significant operational improvements and EBITDA growth. Hoban's leadership in Lean manufacturing and operational strategies is complemented by an MBA in Operations from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BSIT in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University.
