Tanja Kampe, MBA, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Next Level Apparel since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tanja held various positions at Belkin International from January 2018 to March 2022, including Director of Talent & Total Rewards and Director of Benefits & Payroll. Tanja’s extensive experience in human resources management includes senior roles at Pelican Products, Inc., Altegra Health, Watt Companies, Movielink, CarParts Technologies, and BizBuyer.com, with responsibilities ranging from benefits management to overall human resources leadership. Tanja earned a Bachelor of Arts in German from UCLA and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
