Rachael Dickson has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Rachael most recently worked at Next Legacy Partners as the Director of Finance Operations. Prior to that, they held the same role at Legacy Venture. Before their finance roles, Rachael worked at the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive in various positions, including Associate Director of Administration and Interim Manager of Development Operations. Rachael also had roles at UCSF, The Magnes Collection, Michaan's Auctions, the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Rachael Dickson completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Chemistry, and Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2011. Rachael then pursued a Master's degree in Museum Studies, Collections Management, and Business from John F. Kennedy University from 2012 to 2015.
