Nir Pluderman has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Starting in 2011, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Back End Developer, where they primarily focused on handling customer incidents and fixing bugs in a large-scale enterprise web application. From September 2013 to March 2014, they worked as a Front End Developer, contributing to a new UI initiative in the reporting system. In March 2014, they transitioned to a Full Stack Developer role, working on HPE App Pulse Mobile and developing UI using Angular 1 and d3. In August 2014, they became an Android Instrumentation Developer at the same company. In 2017, they joined Clarizen as a Full Stack Developer, primarily working on their main product - an enterprise level SaaS project management solution. Nir mainly focused on the back end platform, which involved working with a large-scale legacy code base in C# connected to an Oracle DB. At the end of 2018, they moved to Next Insurance as a Back End Engineer.

Nir Pluderman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Nir pursued their education during the period of 2007 to 2011.
