Amy West is an experienced Employment Counsel with a strong legal background in employment litigation and counseling. Currently serving as Employment Counsel at Next Insurance since April 2024, West previously held roles including Senior Employment Counsel and Employment Counsel at Instacart from March 2021 to February 2024. West's prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Ogletree Deakins, where employment litigation and counseling were primary focus areas. Additionally, West has experience as a secondee to Facebook's in-house Employment Law Team.
