Dylan Gambardella is the Co-Founder and CEO of Next Gen HQ, a company established in January 2021 that offers AI-powered tools aimed at helping individuals secure their ideal jobs. Gambardella was recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 in the Education category in 2021. Prior to this, Gambardella co-founded and served as CEO of Next Gen Summit from October 2014 to December 2020, where the event series attracted over 10,000 attendees and 500,000 digital viewers. Gambardella also participated as a player on the Duke University Basketball Practice Team from August 2014 to December 2017 while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy Studies, Economics, and Philosophy from Duke University. Additionally, Gambardella graduated as the valedictorian from Hendrick Hudson High School in 2014.
