Ateş Balcı has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and gaming. Ateş started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at DAVON Information Technologies in 2014. After that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Simsoft Bilgisayar Teknolojileri from February 2017 to May 2018. Ateş then joined Creasaur Entertainment Co. as a Game Developer from May 2018 to February 2019. Ateş then worked at Zynga as a Mobile Game Engineer from March 2019 to December 2020. Currently, they are employed at Next Games as a Game Programmer, starting in January 2021.

Ateş Balcı completed their high school education at the American Collegiate Institute (ACI) / Özel İzmir Amerikan Koleji from 2008 to 2012, earning a High School Diploma. They later attended Bilkent University from 2012 to 2017, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering.
