Mandy Culver joined Next Frontier Capital in April 2021 and is the Operations Manager. She brings a depth of operational, administrative, and project management experience to NFC where she enjoys creating processes, solving problems, and working hand-in-hand with the entire NFC team. Mandy attended Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Ethics in 2005. She went on to earn her Master’s in Business Administration in the spring of 2006.
After graduating, Mandy relocated to Fort Hood, Texas to join her husband who was serving in the US Army. While at Fort Hood, Mandy worked as Executive Assistant/Project Manager at First National Bank Texas. In 2009, the Army moved Mandy’s family to Fort Sill, Oklahoma. While at Fort Sill, Mandy received accolades from the post-Commanding General for volunteer work with the Fort Sill Community (Commander’s Outstanding Civil Service Medal, Alice Grierson Award for Excellence, Artillery Order of Molly Pitcher).
In 2012, the Culvers moved to Washington, D.C and Mandy joined the National Military Family Association (NMFA) as an Executive Assistant/Project Manager. At the end of 2015, the Culvers moved to Fort Polk, Louisiana. While at Fort Polk Mandy was selected as the installation Military Spouse of the Year due to her volunteer efforts in the community, including supporting families of the 3rd Infantry Division during two combat deployments. In 2020, the Army once again called on the Culvers to move, this time to Tampa, FL. In the fall of 2020 Mandy began working as a Customer Success and Sales Intern for Instant Teams. In April 2021 Mandy began working with NFC as an Executive Assistant through Instant Teams, and in March 2022, Mandy officially joined the NFC team full-time. As of July 2022, Mandy’s family now resides in Missoula, MT, where they plan to put down long-term Montana roots.
Mandy is married to Ben Culver from Troutdale, Oregon. Ben has served for over 18 years on active duty with the Army and is currently the Professor of Military Science at the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. Ben and Mandy are happy to be back in the Northwest and spending their time enjoying all that Montana has to offer with their son and daughter.
