Laura Schenke, NBC-HWC, currently serves as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Next Coast Ventures since July 2022. With a diverse background, Laura has previously worked as a Health Coach at Noom Inc., where a supportive environment for behavior change was established for approximately 350 clients. In the role of Assistant General Manager at Big Onion Tavern Group, customer service was maximized through employee training and operational improvements. Laura's experience also includes roles as a Wellness Coordinator at Massage Envy, General Manager at VIP Bachelorette, National Inventory Manager at ORBIS Corporation, and Project Manager at Purple Oak. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Eastern Illinois University.
