Steve Gresham is the Managing Principal at Next Chapter, a leadership community focused on improving retirement outcomes. Steve also serves as a Senior Education Advisor at the Alliance for Lifetime Income and the CEO of The Execution Project. Steve is a member of the Board of Directors at Essex Financial and has held executive positions at Fidelity Investments and The Phoenix Companies. In addition, Steve has experience in academia and consulting, with a background in organizational behavior from Brown University.
