Emilie Cushman is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader currently serving as a member of the Las Vegas Chapter of YPO since October 2023. As the CEO and co-founder of Kira Talent since March 2012, Emilie has been instrumental in transforming the education technology sector by enabling admissions teams to efficiently and fairly identify successful applicants. Additionally, Emilie has held the position of Co-Founder and CEO at NEXT Canada since November 2017 and served as a Board Member for The Next 36 from November 2011 to August 2012, providing support and resources to emerging entrepreneurs through venture capital and mentorship. Emilie's educational background includes a Disruptive Strategy course at Harvard Business School Online in 2018, an Economics of Entrepreneurship degree from the University of Toronto in 2012, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, from 2008 to 2012.
