Harish is a corporate and intellectual property attorney with more than a decade of general counsel, risk management, corporate management, project management, intellectual property prosecution, startup and transactional experience. Prior to becoming an attorney, Harish was a software programmer and electrical engineer, giving him a unique ability to deal with both technical and legal issues.
