Chelsea Helms has extensive experience in broadcast journalism, currently serving as the main evening anchor for both CBS4 and KNWA at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. since October 2015. Responsibilities include co-anchoring newscasts, content creation, live reporting, and script editing. Chelsea has received two Emmy nominations and is recognized with a Society of Professional Journalism award for reporting. Previous roles include anchoring and producing for FOX24, KREX5, and FOX4, alongside experience as a multimedia journalist. Chelsea also worked as a barre instructor at the Fayetteville Athletic Club and held a key holder position at Texas Roadhouse. Educational background includes an associate degree from North Country Community College and further studies at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
