Huma Liaqat currently serves as the Head of Operations at NeXskill - Be Productive since February 2024. Prior to this role, Huma held the position of General Manager Corporate Affairs at Best Petroleum (Pvt) Limited for a brief period from December 2023 to February 2024. Previous experience includes serving as an Organizational Development Consultant & Researcher at Jibran Bashir Leadership Institute and as Executive HR & Special Projects at Lahore Central Business District Development Authority, both in 2023. Huma also worked as an Organizational Performance Manager at Catalyic Security and as a Human Resources Manager at Tech Garage Now in early 2020. Further experience includes Human Resources Operations Manager at Midas Passion and Branch Operations Manager at Bank Alfalah Limited, among other roles in the banking and human resources sectors. Huma holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the Punjab and is pursuing CHRP Certification at PIQC Institute of Quality Pakistan.
