Marlon Tecson is an experienced professional in process and automation management, currently serving as the Process Automation Manager at Nexperia since June 2022. Prior to this role, Marlon held several positions at Western Digital, including Process Development Manager, where responsibilities included conducting design of experiments to enhance product performance and managing technology transfer projects. As Process Unit Manager at Western Digital, Marlon completed advanced process control SDLC, leading a team focused on optimizing automation capabilities. Previous experience includes roles at Analog Devices, Maxim Integrated, and HGST, where Marlon contributed to yield improvement projects, managed test process issues, and spearheaded process setup and optimization efforts for advanced deposition tools. Marlon holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Microelectronics from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University.
