Eric Miller is an experienced content and production manager with a robust background in the gaming industry, currently serving as Content Manager at Nexon America since November 2009. Responsibilities include managing digital content for multiple games, coordinating with design and web development teams, and overseeing community management. Previous roles at Nexon included Digital Content Coordinator and Production Coordinator, where Eric managed QA teams, planned game events, and developed server management systems. Additionally, Eric gained foundational experience as a QA Functionality Tester at Activision. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
