Vera Kápolnás is a Digital HR transformation expert at NEXON Ltd. since October 2023 and a founding member and president of DiTox Association since June 2023, where initiatives focus on online-offline balance through various workshops and family events. Vera has been a consultant and trainer for OFFICE@HOME Trainings and Consultancy since December 2016 and owned The Hybrid Report from January 2022 to April 2024, specializing in market and employee surveys. Previous experience includes roles at JATO Dynamics Ltd. as Research Operations Manager and various managerial positions, as well as roles at Ford Motor Company and Philip Morris, beginning a career in analytical positions. Vera obtained a BABS degree from the International Business School in Budapest, with secondary education at Schonherz.
