Ivan S. has a work experience as a Lead Software Developer at NexJ Systems since May 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at CBS Interactive from May 2010 to August 2010, and then again from September 2009 to December 2009. Ivan also worked as a Web Application Developer at The Marketing Store from January 2009 to April 2009. Earlier in their career, Ivan worked as a Software Developer at the University of Waterloo from May 2008 to August 2008, and from September 2007 to December 2007.

Ivan S. began their education in 2005 at Columbia International College, where they earned their Ontario Secondary School Diploma with a focus on General studies. In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science with a Business Option. This program lasted until 2011. After completing their undergraduate degree, Ivan S. continued their education at the University of Waterloo with a Master of Mathematics in Computer Science, which they obtained in 2012.
