Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on innovation in software development and decentralized systems. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha has emphasized dynamic and reliable software development processes. Previous roles include significant positions at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG as Head of Web3 Engineering, bonq as Chief Technology Officer, and Energy Web as Chief Innovation Officer and CTO. Micha has contributed as a foundation board member and CTO at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council, and an advisor at PioneerVentures.io.
