Emma Bech

Head of Customer Excellence at Nexi Group

Emma Bech has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to present. Emma started their career as an EFL Teacher at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies from September 2013 to August 2014. Emma then joined Worldpay, where they held various roles, including Customer Lifecycle, Loyalty and Cross-sales Marketing Executive from January 2015 to January 2018, Propositions Manager, Commercial Development from January 2018 to March 2020, and most recently, the Head of Commercial Programmes from March 2020 to February 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Excellence at Nexi Group, starting in February 2022.

Emma Bech attended the University of York from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English and Related Literature with a focus on English and Foreign Literature.
