Currently serving as the SVP and Global BU Head at NexGen Tech Solutions and Chief Operating Officer for MFG at OptiLnX, Jalen brings a wealth of leadership experience from previous roles, including Vice President of Financial Services at Infinite Computer Solutions and Senior Client Partner for Financial Services at Mphasis. Jalen's career began as a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, followed by positions as Application Lead at Wipro Limited. Jalen holds an MBA in Business Administration, System, Management and Operations from Mangalore University.
