Holly Gill is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director at nexfibre since February 2023. Prior to this role, Holly held various positions at Virgin Media from May 2016 to February 2023, including Senior People Business Partner and People Business Partner. Holly's experience also encompasses a role as HR Manager at Barclays from November 2013 to May 2016, where the focus was on building influential relationships and delivering commercial HR solutions. Previous roles include HR Partner for UK and Ireland at Lenovo, HR Consultant and HR Advisor at Vodafone UK, and a brief secondment as Reward Analyst at Vodafone Global Enterprise. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Brighton and has obtained both a CIPD qualification and an Employment Law Diploma from DLA Piper.
