Fernando Hernandez is an experienced mortgage professional with a strong background in mortgage advising and management. Currently serving as a Sr. Mortgage Advisor at The Mortgage Solution since January 2023, Fernando has also held the role of Production Manager and Sr. Mortgage Advisor at Residential Bancorp since June 2018. Previous positions include Sr. Mortgage Advisor at Finance of America Mortgage LLC and Alpine Mortgage Planning, and Sr. Loan Officer at TRT Home Loans and The Mortgage Guild. Fernando began a career in real estate as Broker/Owner at FMC Real Estate Investments. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts in Business/Finance from the University of Phoenix and coursework in Small Business Administration/Management from East Los Angeles College.
