Dan Cunningham is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in various roles within the mortgage banking industry. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation since July 2023, Dan's previous positions include Mortgage Banker at United Community Bank from September 2019 to July 2023, and prior roles at First Citizens Bank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Dan began a career in sales and marketing with earlier positions at Matts Inc, Helios Southern Energy Systems, Floorazzo, and Carolina Home Mortgage. Dan's foundational education was completed at Center Township High School between 1968 and 1972.
