Fernanda Rossi has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Fernanda started their career at Ambev in 2013 as an Intern, where they were responsible for Kaizen events and project management. Fernanda then joined Pearson as an Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst, where they focused on structuring projects, establishing governance, and stakeholder management. After that, they worked at Cargill as a Specialist, specializing in continuous improvement, Agile methodology implementation, and RPA automation. Fernanda then moved on to Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they held several roles, including Global IT Director for HR Data & Digital Products and Senior Manager and Manager for Global MarTech BI & Analytics.
