Chad Rogerson is a seasoned professional in change management and communication with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Chad is involved in Change & Communication at Linklaters since June 2024. Prior to this role, Chad served as the People, Change & Communication Director at Newton Europe from August 2021 to June 2024, and as the Head of Communication and Change at Nationwide Building Society from April 2017 to August 2021. Chad's previous positions at Nationwide included Head of Vulnerable Customers and Head of Corporate Communications, alongside a role as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Chime Communications Limited. Chad began a career in Corporate Affairs at Credit Suisse from September 2005 to December 2006. Educational qualifications include an MA in Marketing & Advertising and a BSc in Ecology from the University of Leeds, supplemented by foundational education from Norwich School.
