Karen Algios has extensive experience in SBA portfolio management and financial services, currently serving as AVP at Newtek Small Business Finance and Newtek Business Services Corp. since June 2012. Karen specializes in supporting small to medium-sized businesses in optimizing costs and enhancing revenues. Previous roles include Junior Workout Officer at Sovereign Bank from October 2005 to March 2012 and various positions at JPMorgan Chase from 1999 to 2004, including Assistant Treasurer Workout and Repossession Coordinator. Karen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the New York Institute of Technology and has foundational education from The Wheatley School.
