Ed Salas has extensive experience in church leadership, currently serving as the Spiritual Formation Pastor at NEWSONG since 2005, where responsibilities include leadership development and team building, along with the creation of a comprehensive prayer strategy and the establishment of various prayer ministry teams. Previously, Ed Salas was the Founding Pastor at Tapestry Covenant Church from 1999 to 2005, where leadership was provided in the growth of lay leaders and ministry teams, as well as the establishment of core values that define the church's culture. Ed Salas holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Biola University.
