Ana León Santos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advancing racial equity and supporting underrepresented groups in academic and educational settings. Currently serving as an Associate Partner and Senior Analyst for Racial Equity at NewSchools, Ana manages the investment process for the organization's Racial Equity investment area, ensuring community involvement in decision-making. Previous roles include Associate Director at Columbia Population Research Center, where responsibilities included crafting strategies to support faculty from systemically excluded groups, and Research Analyst at NORC, focusing on early childhood education programs.
