Jayne Goodman has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the market research and customer experience fields. Jayne started their career as a Project Manager at Woolcott Research Pty Ltd in 2005 and worked there until 2009. After that, they joined Initiative as a Research Manager from 2009 to 2011. Jayne then became a Consultant at The Leading Edge from 2011 to 2013. Jayne continued their career at ruby cha cha as a Qualitative Account Director from 2013 to 2014 and then moved to T garage as a Qualitative Account Director from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Jayne took on the role of Customer Experience Manager at News Corp Australia and later transitioned to become a Market Research Manager - Qualitative Specialist from 2016 to 2019. Jayne'smost recent positions at News Corp Australia include Senior Manager, CX & Customer Insights from 2019 to 2020 and currently serving as the Research Director at the Growth Intelligence Centre since October 2020.
