Jack Gordon

Technical Support Manager at Newrockies

Jack was born and raised in the world of cars, and from early on he’s been passionate about anything with an engine. When the computer world was expanding into the car world, Jack was the tech guy who wanted to know everything there was to know about car electronics and, mostly because of this, the business in the family’s Service Center grew very fast.

In 1989 Jack took the ASE tests and became a master tech. – With ongoing training and the drive to learn, today he can fix any and all electronics in a car, as well as the related computer applications.

In 2010 Jack was offered a Technical Support Manager role by NEWROCKIES Inc and gladly accepted. His presence in the Company contributed to this day to great improvements considerably increasing both Customer’s satisfaction and applicability of their PRO Module.

Proud of what he does, he really enjoys helping people get their vehicles up and running and save a ton of money!
