Sanford Didonna is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and hotel management. Currently serving as Floor Manager at Newport Restaurant Group and Beach Bar since April 2019, Sanford oversees operations at a historic fishing pier eatery. As Operations Manager of Groupo Didonna since April 2012, Sanford has demonstrated strong leadership in hospitality. Previous roles include Estate Manager and Chief of Staff for Client Prive', where responsibilities included managing staff and streamlining operations, and Director of Guest Experience and Operations at Sole Hotels and Resorts, collaborating with a Michelin-starred chef. Sanford's background also includes guest service management at Jean-Georges Management and ARAMARK, overseeing executive dining operations. A graduate of Colby College with a BA in Art History and holder of an honorary Master of Hospitality from Cornell University, Sanford brings a diverse educational foundation to the field.
