Greg Coccio is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management. Since August 2013, Greg has served as the Corporate Executive Chef for Newport Restaurant Group, after holding the role of Executive Chef at Tavistock Restaurants LLC from August 2012 to August 2013. Prior to that, Greg was the Executive Sous Chef at CBS Scene from March 2012 to August 2012 and worked as a Kitchen Supervisor for Newport Harbor Corporation from June 2010 to June 2012. Greg is an alumnus of Bishop Hendricken High School (2000-2004) and Johnson & Wales University.
