Dorothy Moore Brooks is an experienced chaplain currently serving as the Acting Lead Chaplain and Head of Spiritual Care at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust since September 2010, where Dorothy provides spiritual care to patients, families, and staff within a multi-faith chaplaincy team. Previously, Dorothy held the position of Senior Chaplain and Deputy Chaplaincy Team Leader at Isabel Hospice from 2008 to 2010, and also served as a Chaplain at Great Ormond Street Hospital from 2002 to 2008. Dorothy's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Pastoral Care & Chaplaincy from Anglia Ruskin University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Chaplaincy from the University of Leeds, and additional qualifications in Theology, Counselling Skills, and Education from esteemed institutions such as Ridley Hall, Westminster Pastoral Foundation, University of Cambridge, and University of York.
