Pete Totter is an experienced professional in the banking, mortgage banking, and private equity industries, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at NewPoint Real Estate Capital since March 2024. Previously, Pete was a Senior Underwriter for the Bridge Loan Group at Greystone Monticello LLC from April 2020 to December 2023 and worked as a Loan Servicing Specialist at C-III Asset Management LLC from May 2010 to March 2020. Pete also held the position of Senior Vice President for Affordable Housing at Centerline Capital Group from July 2001 to May 2010. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained between 1981 and 1985, and demonstrates a solid background in both small and large organizations.
