Julio Quintana is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Director at Basic Energy Services, Newmont Mining Corporation, and SM Energy Company since 2016, 2015, and 2006 respectively, Julio has demonstrated leadership across various roles. Previously, Julio was the President and CEO of Tesco Corporation from 2004 to 2015 and contributed as a member of the board during that period. Earlier in the career, Julio held positions at Schlumberger as VP of Integrated Project Management and VP of Marketing for the Americas between 1999 and 2004, and spent nearly two decades at Unocal 76 in engineering and management roles. Julio earned a degree from the University of Southern California.
