Grant Reynolds has extensive experience in senior management roles within the mining industry, currently serving at Newmont Corporation since 2020. Key positions include Principal Advisor for Productivity in North America and General Manager at the Musselwhite mine in Ontario. Responsibilities have encompassed improving safety and productivity through the implementation of advanced mining methods and equipment, including the introduction of battery electric vehicles (BEVs). Prior roles at GOLD FIELDS and Barrick Gold Corporation included leadership in operations management, sustainable development, and various engineering positions. Grant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from UNSW.
