Trace Elrod, CCIM, SIOR, currently serves as Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank since July 2018, while also holding the position of Senior Vice President at Jackson Cooksey since 2002, specializing in tenant representation for corporate users of real estate. As a shareholder at Surf Air, Trace contributes to a private airline known for all-you-can-fly benefits and personalized service. Trace's previous experience includes roles as Product Services Manager at Halliburton, where oversight of a 70+ member department was required, and Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer at Vertech Systems, which developed an innovative plastic injection molding machine. Early career highlights include positions at Lockheed Martin as a Safety Engineer and as Market Manager for United Homecraft Builders. Trace holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University.
